We were having issues with our Avalanche, not shifting in and out of auto 4wheel drive, they replaced the transfer case motor and it fixed the issue. It also started to have multiple codes with a misfire and they were able to diagnose, fix and have us running again in a day or two. I appreciate that they test everything, call us with the diagnosis and then only do what we ask them to do. I never feel like they take advantage of us, unlike some dealerships in this city. The truck is running great again, would recommend them to anyone.
