Usually have great service but not this time.
Sorry to hear that Jeff , but rather hard to improve or address the problem if it is not brought to my attention , but merely posted negatively on the web page, we would appreciate at least the opportunity to know what the problem was and address it before you post something negative, i would think that would be a fair request ? Jeff, I have spoke with the technician involved that spoke with you. He indicated that indeed you did have a long wait and that services were limited, and again i would like to apologize for that inconvenience.He said he spoke to you about what was happening in our shop with staffing and indicated that you said , you understood being short handed. Which is also what you indicated in your reply. So what i am confused with is if you as you say understand that we were short handed , then i guess i confused by the contradictory reply ? We hand one of our senior staff member injure his hand as had to be off work, by Doctor orders, we had our second senior staff member have a family emergency, and had to leave the premises immediately.That left us with my manager and two newer employees that are still under supervisory capacity. Now I am always understanding of our customers timeline and how timely we can be with our services ,. We do not make timeline promises on our drive thru service, but rather we try to provide quality service to the best of our ability. That at times gets tested with life situations and the health and safety will always come first with my staff members. According to my manager , you were explained that the remaining staff was under training and was limiting our ability to keep up with a busy day that was happening. Now that being said , I guess that is where my confusion comes in as to what more we could have done in an unfortunate situation of having emergency issues with staff. I am however certainly open to suggestions as to how to improve this unfortunate situation. I would at the end of the day like to see a reoccurring customer happy with our service, and stay a customer, perhaps not just throwing us aside the first time there was a problem outside of our control in our shop. I will leave that decision up to you , as it is always your choice as to whom provides services and where you choose to take your business, Regards John Hanewich
