I was low on oil and had run out at home, and it was not yet time for a scheduled oil change, but instead of going to buy oil, I thought it would be quicker to stop at Mobil 1 for a top up. The attendant started adding two and two together and asked me if I was leaking or burning oil. I knew it was burning and it was getting to be an issue with me. The attendant suggested to do an actual oil change with an extra additive to help reduce the oil consumption. It was the perfect solution, thinking out of the box! Very impressive!

I took my jeep in for what I thought was going to be an expensive front differential repair. Ralph and the guys put it on the hoist to diagnose the noise I was hearing and it turned out to be something completely different. They repaired the problem, took a look at a couple other things they found while it was on the hoist then asked me if I wanted them repaired, which I did. The bill was very reasonable, and I left feeling like i had been treated well by a shop with integrity. These guys are honest and knowledgeable.
